We began in 2021 during the pandemic when we found that public health messaging, science dissemination, and implementation about COVID faced ongoing challenges. Today, we continue to need a more proactive and creative approach to sharing and disseminating public health information and research.
The PH Media Network is designed to provide communications and career support for public health in community, global, and environmental health.
Founded by Dr. April Moreno, the goal of PH Media Network is to cultivate creative solutions to improve public health communications, while connecting and supporting a diverse public health career workforce.
We provide podcast, media support, and training, in addition to career mentorship and networking throughout career trajectories.
